Often teacher assistants and teacher aides are asked to carry out job responsibilities with very little support and training. This workshop provides paraprofessionals with concrete strategies for developing their own "bag of tricks”. Participants will learn techniques for facilitating learning and providing support for challenging behaviors, while fostering independence with students. Opportunities to problem-solve real classroom scenarios will be provided. In person and remote instruction ideas for this topic will be addressed.
