Overview of Schools and Organizations

CMDI offers in-person and virtual professional development through our coaching and workshops to schools and organizations. As classroom expectations and rigor have increased, the needs of students have become more diverse. Our educational strategists have the necessary skills and experience to support administrators, teachers and staff so they can create classroom environments that meet the needs of students with a wide range of abilities. Diversity is no longer the exception but rather the rule.

At CMDI we strive to empower those we work with to not fear diversity but rather embrace and celebrate it! Through coaching and workshops, we offer professional development that is cutting edge, engaging and practical. We are passionate about collaborating with others to expand and deepen their current skills and practices and offering “out of the box” strategies and ideas for even in the most challenging situations.
